Job Title: Income Protection Claims Assessor

We are seeking an experienced Income Protection Claims Assessor to join our team in Hove. As an Income Protection Claims Assessor, you will be responsible for assessing and resolving income protection claims in a fair and timely manner.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assess and evaluate income protection claims to determine their validity and entitlement to benefits
  • Conduct thorough investigations into claims to gather evidence and assess information
  • Make informed decisions on claims, taking into account customer expectations and company policies
  • Communicate with customers and stakeholders to provide updates and explanations on claims decisions
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to resolve claims and improve processes
Requirements:
  • Experience in handling income protection claims or a related field
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Knowledge of compliance regulations and industry standards
