The Role:
We are looking for a new Commercial Operations Manager to join our fast growing Train Business Unit, playing a pivotal role in our growth in the UK and Europe.
In this Role, you'll get to:
- Understand and execute business development strategy for the designated market
- Identify and secure partnerships with key rail operators throughout the regions
- Manage campaign activities with internal stakeholders
- Monitor internal and external sales channels for rail tickets and optimize performance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, product) to achieve common goals
- Support manager to achieve ambitious goals in your market
- Communicate effectively and regularly with the company HQ team in Shanghai
What you'll Need to Succeed:
- 3+ years of experience in business development, ideally within the online travel or tech industry
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
- Data-driven approach with a knack for identifying trends and opportunities
- A native level of English, and other European languages are a plus
