Commercial Strategy Manager - UK

Air Astana, Kazakhstan's award-winning airline, is seeking a highly experienced Commercial Strategy Manager to lead the development and implementation of its commercial strategy in the UK market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive commercial strategy for the airline in the UK, driving revenue growth and market share.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including travel management companies, online travel agencies, tour operators, and retail agents.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement marketing campaigns that drive consumer engagement and bookings.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity, providing insights and recommendations to inform commercial strategy.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 7 years of experience in a commercial leadership role within the aviation industry.
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and market share in a UK-based commercial role.
  • Strong understanding of the UK travel market and ability to develop effective commercial strategies.
