This Procurement Category Specialist role will hold the following responsibilities:
Supporting the evaluation of competitive tenders for the supply of utilities spend and to negotiate with suppliers on all commercial and contractual matters
Play pivotal roles in the development, management and implementation of comprehensive strategies on a global and regional basis to deliver impressive cost savings and wider commercial benefits that impact company results for facilities spend
Build strategic relationships with critical suppliers and develop risk mitigation strategies to provide secure and cost-effective sources for specialist commodities

As part of a cutting-edge practice within the procurement team, you will assist in all aspects of sourcing process from supplier engagement and analysis through to contracts management

Procurement experienced required to be successful in this role :
~2-4+ years Procurement / Strategic Sourcing / Category Management experience, with a CV that details commercial achievements (cost savings & avoidance, risk mitigation, supplier relationship and performance improvement, stakeholder engagement)
~ Expertise in indirect procurement ideally with the knowledge and experience in managing utilities spend
~ Procurement / strategic sourcing / buying experience within complex global organisations
