Channel Engagement Specialist

Commercial Services is seeking a proactive individual with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to foster and maintain robust professional relationships.

The Channel Engagement Specialist will play a crucial role in both retaining and attracting new business within the public sector, offering guidance on procurement processes and framework utilization to assist clients in their purchasing decisions.

Key Responsibilities -

  • Inform potential clients about new products and service enhancements
  • Assist the Channel Executive in identifying national procurement opportunities by reaching out to potential clients in emerging markets while continuing to nurture existing relationships
  • Manage ongoing client interactions to enhance the likelihood of success, ensuring all necessary contractual documentation is completed
  • Document procurement activities, including all client, supplier, and framework interactions
  • Consistently achieve key performance indicators related to procurement activities and framework usage, regularly updating the Channel Executive on performance
  • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the challenges faced by the public sector and demonstrate knowledge of the products/services offered

What We Require from You -

  • Experience in building relationships and networking with key decision-makers
  • A proven history of driving revenue through lead generation is advantageous but not mandatory
  • Ability to take initiative and manage time effectively to maximize productivity
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to ensure clear and effective messaging to colleagues, clients, and suppliers
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word and Excel
