Channel Engagement Specialist

Commercial Services is seeking a motivated individual with exceptional attention to detail and the capability to foster and maintain robust professional relationships.

The Channel Engagement Specialist will play a pivotal role in retaining and generating new business within the public sector, offering guidance on procurement processes and framework utilization to assist clients in their purchasing decisions.

Key Responsibilities -

  • Inform prospective clients about new products and service enhancements
  • Assist the Channel Executive in identifying national procurement opportunities by reaching out to potential clients in emerging markets, as well as fostering growth among existing clients
  • Manage ongoing client relationships to maximize success rates, ensuring all necessary contract documentation is completed
  • Document procurement activities, including interactions with clients, suppliers, and frameworks
  • Consistently achieve key performance indicators related to procurement activities and framework usage, regularly updating the Channel Executive on performance
  • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the challenges faced by the public sector and demonstrate knowledge of the products/services offered

What We Require From You -

  • Experience in building relationships and networking with key decision-makers
  • A demonstrated history of driving revenue through lead generation is preferred but not mandatory
  • Ability to take initiative and manage time effectively to ensure optimal productivity
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to convey clear and concise messages to colleagues, clients, and suppliers
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word and Excel
