Reload Digital (powered by s360) are looking for a Specialist, Paid Social with 1-2 years experience and a passion for all things eCommerce to join our growing team.

As an independent agency, our London team of 30+ s360ers work closely together, and acts as a digital extension of our client's team for leading eCommerce and D2C brands such as Wrangler, Emma Bridgewater, New Era and Philip Kingsley.

In this role you will be working in a dynamic team environment, collaborating with clients and bringing best-practice paid advertising strategy and execution across Google Ads, Meta, Youtube, TikTok, Programmatic and more
Developing paid advertising strategies that incorporate cross-channel delivery, clever marketing tactics, and creative thinking
Developing and implementing quality paid advertising and Pay Per Click (PPC) advertising campaigns for leading eCommerce brands
Reporting on your results using metrics such as traffic, conversions, user engagement with the ads and the website, etc
This means meeting deadlines, being proactive, and being flexible in your delivery.

Confident and comfortable in building and managing multi-channel campaigns (across Google Ads, Facebook & Instagram) that actually deliver results for their clients.

Can analyse results, using your analytical and numerical skills, looking at data to continually improve campaign performance.
