Administration Supervisor

Northampton

£30k per annum

Monday - Friday - 8am - 5pm


Agenda Partnership have partnered with a Northampton based client who are looking for an Administration Supervisor to join their team to help support the daily operations with a primary focus on managing general administrative tasks generated as a result of company operations ensuring all amendments and actions requested have been processed in an accurate and timely manner.


The key purpose to this role is to develop and refine processes, lead, manage and motivate a team of administrators to facilitate all amendments and supporting compliance throughout the team.


Day to day responsibilities include:

  • Proactively supervise the team with a driven but challenging environment
  • Respond to queries raised by internal teams and clients
  • Identify any errors in advance of submission and amended the documents accordingly to minimise risk and exposure
  • Identify opportunities to enhance existing processes
  • Ensuring full compliance within the team and taking responsibility with keeping up to date with full knowledge
  • Staff coaching, monitoring and appraisal and integration of team

Experience required:

  • Prior Supervisory or management experience
  • Ability to influence and impact people across all levels in the organisation
  • A high level or customer service ability with a passion for delivery
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • IT literacy skills including the use of Excel
