As a supervisor, you will oversee the on-street Civil Enforcement Officers, balancing your time between outdoor duties and office responsibilities. This is a full-time, permanent role with a variety of shifts. You will be expected to work 42.5 hours per week, including weekends and public holidays, on a four-week rotating schedule between the hours of 06:00 - 23:00.

Key Responsibilities

Your role will primarily involve outdoor work in varying weather conditions, so please consider this aspect before applying.

You will engage with the public directly, making strong customer service skills essential, especially in challenging situations.

A friendly demeanor and a willingness to assist, advise, and support your colleagues are crucial for success in this position.
