The Role

As a Field Operations Supervisor on our Anglian Water Alliance, you will oversee the performance of field resources on our developer services contract, working closely with various stakeholders to maximize day-to-day operations. Your responsibilities will include planning work, controlling plant, labor, and risks, as well as ensuring the effective management of field teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively manage schedules to minimize disruption and preventable mistakes
  • Promote and drive continual improvement and innovative ideas
  • Reduce aborts, re-work, and traffic management fines
  • Manage employee training and ensure that people are developed to make their best contribution
  • Ensure all work complies with relevant H&S and environmental legislation

Requirements:

You will be an experienced supervisor, ideally with a good all-round knowledge of the construction and water industry. However, we are more interested in you demonstrating the right behaviors. If you can showcase these attributes and possess applicable qualifications such as NRSWA Supervisor and a full clean valid driving license, we would love to hear from you.
