Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Leadership & Vision: Collaborate with key stakeholders and global sales leaders to develop and execute a sales technology strategy that aligns with long-term objectives, focusing on scalability, efficiency, and innovation.
  • Sales Process Optimization: Continuously enhance sales processes for maximum efficiency and efficacy, integrating best practices and innovative solutions like generative AI.
  • Sales Technology Evolution: Drive CRM and sales technology adoption and optimization, ensuring data accuracy and consistency. Monitor effectiveness and ROI, staying updated on industry trends and recommending enhancements.
  • Generative AI Integration: Lead the strategic integration of AI tools to automate sales operations and enhance customer engagement, ensuring ethical use and compliance.
  • Advanced Sales Training & Development: Implement training programs to equip the sales team with skills for utilizing new technologies effectively.
  • Performance Metrics & Analytics: Define and track KPIs to evaluate sales enablement initiatives and technology integrations.
Qualifications:
  • Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Technology, or related field; MBA preferred.
  • 10+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or related roles, with at least 5 years in a management position.
  • Proven track record in Sales Operations & Enablement and successful technology integration.
  • Strong leadership, analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Expertise in Salesforce governance and administration.
  • Experience with various sales technology tools and creating technology roadmaps.
