DIRECTOR OF SALES & OPERATIONS

About the job


As the Director of Sales and Operations at ReBase, you will also play a critical role in driving sales and overseeing day-to-day operations of the club.

Reporting directly to the founders, your role will also involve hitting sales targets, building relationships, and converting leads. You will also ensure smooth running of the club through management of staff, processes, and facilities.


Your role will include working closely with the Marketing Director to develop integrated marketing and sales plans to drive growth, customer acquisition, and brand awareness.


ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  • Develop and execute sales plans to achieve revenue goals
  • Manage sales team to nurture leads, grow the customer base, and drive new member acquisition.
  • Track sales data and metrics to identify areas of optimisation
  • Implement systems and processes to improve operational efficiency
  • Manage relationships with vendors and suppliers
  • Develop and monitor budgets for operational activities
  • Ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction
  • Stay updated on industry trends and practices
  • Identify new opportunities to improve club offerings and experiences
  • Collaborate with marketing team to execute promotions and campaigns
  • Support the management of key external partners to build overall brand awareness and business growth across marketing channels.
  • Conceptualise and execute multichannel consumer engagement strategies
  • Maintain digital performance marketing dashboard, analysing customer insights and performance metrics to develop and execute cohesive, successful marketing strategies while optimising all aspects of the marketing funnel.
  • Ensure organic and paid marketing initiatives are in sync, supporting each other, and driving new member growth and customer conversion.
  • Manage and collaborate with our PR agency to position the Rebase brand and its executive team across the business + lifestyle media landscape, podcasts, awards, conferences + speaking opportunities, and more.
  • Enhance inclub experiences and drive foot traffic through innovative workshops, retail, and community initiatives. Create outofthebox strategies that engage customers, drive revenue, and serve as proof of Rebase's unique approach to social selfcare.
  • Develop and manage marketing budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources for maximum impact.
  • Researching and analysing economic trends, buying habits and the demographic characteristics of consumers, their tastes and preferences for company products and those of competitors utilising social listening, our focus group and consumer surveys.
  • Gain and maintain a deep understanding of our customer and member community, improve our customer feedback loop, and utilise data insights to identify opportunities to inform decision making.
  • Assist the Marketing Director to ensure that all marketing initiatives are produced within budget within a preagreed framework & timeline.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Preferred 3+ years of sales and operations leadership experience for high growth, bricksandmortarbased consumer services and product brands, preferably in the wellness, hospitality, or lifestyle industry.
  • Strong sales ability with proven track record of hitting targets
  • Proficient understanding of digital marketing, including social media management, content creation, and performance analytics.
  • Experience overseeing staff and managing daytoday activities
  • Strong communication and relationshipbuilding abilities.
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a fastpaced, dynamic environment and drive results.
  • Passion for wellness and a deep understanding of the industry's trends and best practices.
  • Negotiation and lead conversion expertise
  • Must be solutionoriented and selfmotivated.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Enthusiastic, energetic, personable, and friendly disposition.
  • Strong time management skills and practices.
  • MAC/OS savvy.

Salary:
£40,000.00 per year
