- Design, deliver, and enhance global sales platforms for seller productivity.
The Senior Director, Sales Operations oversees Sales Support and all sales processes and platforms.
Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience in Sales operations leadership.
- Expertise in Customer Relationship Management and Change Management.
- Proficiency in Process Ownership, Process Simplification, and Demand Management.
- Strong CRM Domain Knowledge and experience in implementation.
- Ability to build consensus, manage stakeholders, and lead delivery of sales platforms.
Responsibilities:
- Provide leadership for sales platforms and integrated technologies.
- Define product vision, roadmap, and growth opportunities.
- Work with IT to ensure delivery of sales platforms.
- Lead backlog management and iteration planning.
Team:
- Reporting to the VP, Sales Operations.
- Leading a team of 4 direct reports.
