Senior Director, Sales Operations

Location: UK (Hybrid - 2 days in office)

  • Design, deliver, and enhance global sales platforms for seller productivity.

The Senior Director, Sales Operations oversees Sales Support and all sales processes and platforms.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in Sales operations leadership.
  • Expertise in Customer Relationship Management and Change Management.
  • Proficiency in Process Ownership, Process Simplification, and Demand Management.
  • Strong CRM Domain Knowledge and experience in implementation.
  • Ability to build consensus, manage stakeholders, and lead delivery of sales platforms.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide leadership for sales platforms and integrated technologies.
  • Define product vision, roadmap, and growth opportunities.
  • Work with IT to ensure delivery of sales platforms.
  • Lead backlog management and iteration planning.

Team:

  • Reporting to the VP, Sales Operations.
  • Leading a team of 4 direct reports.
