The Director of Sales Operations & Innovation plays a crucial role in driving sales enablement initiatives at Moody's. This leadership position focuses on leveraging technology, including generative AI, to revolutionize sales strategies and processes. The ideal candidate will need a strategic mindset, exceptional leadership skills, and a deep understanding of how technology, especially AI, can enhance sales outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Leadership & Vision: Collaborate with key stakeholders to develop and execute a comprehensive sales technology strategy aligned with long-term goals. Guide the sales organization through market shifts with a clear vision.
  • Sales Process Optimization: Continuously improve sales processes for maximum efficiency and effectiveness. Implement innovative solutions, including generative AI, to enhance sales techniques.
  • Sales Technology Evolution: Drive adoption and optimization of CRM and sales technology solutions. Monitor effectiveness and ROI, recommending enhancements as needed.
  • Generative AI Integration: Lead the strategic integration of generative AI tools to automate and enhance sales operations and customer engagement.
  • Advanced Sales Training & Development: Develop training programs to equip the sales team with skills for utilizing new technologies effectively.
  • Performance Metrics & Analytics: Define and track KPIs to evaluate the effectiveness of sales enablement initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Technology, or related field; MBA preferred.
  • 10+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Sales Enablement, or related field, with at least 5 years in a management role.
  • Proven track record of implementing Sales Operations & Enablement strategies.
  • Experience in integrating technology solutions, including generative AI, into sales processes.
  • Strong leadership, analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Expertise in Salesforce administration and best practices.
  • Familiarity with various sales technology tools and ability to select and implement the most relevant solutions.
