Our Loss Recovery team assist our customers who have been involved in non-fault accidents recovering losses on their behalf and pursuing the responsible Third Party/Insurer for costs incurred as a result of the accident.

The team effectively manage claims,ensuring that speed and quality of loss recovery is maximised, whilst maintaining FMG's proactive approach to claims handling.

Your role will involve investigating liability, gathering information through different sources, utilising intelligence tools andsettling claims in the best interest of our clients.


As a Customer Claims Handler, you will need excellent written and verbal communication skills, alongside a drive to settle claims as effectively and efficiently as possible.

You will need to be self-motivated and organised to enable you to manage your ownworkloads and achieve team targets.

Salary- From £19,554 to £21,997 depending on level of experience.

Working hours:

Experience or knowledge in handling claims or Motor Insurance would be ideal but it's not essential.
