About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warranty Administrator to join our client's Service department. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for managing and processing warranty claims, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving the warranty function forward.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and process warranty claims in a timely and efficient manner
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and communication
  • Work closely with the Service Manager and other departments to oversee warranty claims
  • Develop and implement a clear, proactive, and strategic approach to warranty management
  • Update systems, including Kerridge, to ensure accurate and up-to-date information
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a warranty or administrative role, preferably in the automotive industry
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records
