As the HR Integration Specialist, you will report directly to the Global Director of HR. Your main task will involve coordinating all resources and documentation to execute the HR Integration plan for acquired companies. Collaboration with both internal and external HR teams and integration workstream contacts is crucial for this role. Specific Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate initial post-acquisition tasks and documentation
  • Assist and advocate for the HR onboarding process for newly acquired staff.
  • Request data for initial setup in HR and D&D systems
  • Perform bulk system data uploads and system configuration in the HR portal
  • Audit data and carry out basic security and RTW checks for acquired employees
  • Maintain HR, Payroll, and Talent discovery documentation
  • Obtain specific data for the HR team to aid in discovery and integration tasks, like payroll information, process details, and policies.
  • Conduct initial gap analysis of policies and procedures to guide the integration plan and modifications for newly acquired employees.
  • Coordinate the transition of employee records and files to D&D systems in collaboration with the IT integration workstream.
  • Arrange discovery sessions or employee meetings and informative sessions
  • Update and maintain the HR integration plan and organize meetings with relevant stakeholders.
  • Generate informational documents for employees, such as FAQs and letters
  • Prepare contracts using D&D's template documents.
What are we looking for in candidates?
  • Previous experience in an HR role, ideally at the Coordinator level or higher.
  • Project management experience
  • Strong multitasking abilities, diplomatic skills, and a focus on achieving timely results
  • Exceptional investigative, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
  • Demonstrated ability to make informed decisions with limited information
  • Excellent interpersonal skills for effective communication and influence across all management levels
