About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled HR Product Specialist to join our team at Berenberg Bank. As an HR Product Specialist, you will play a key role in integrating various HR-IT systems into a central internal database, ensuring consistent data use and streamlining our HR processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Integration of HR-IT Systems: Collaborate with stakeholders to integrate various HR-IT systems into a central internal database, ensuring seamless data exchange and minimizing errors.
  • Development of Interfaces: Develop and enhance existing interfaces to established systems for the use of HR data, ensuring efficient data processing and analysis.
  • Audit-Proof Authorization: Design and implement audit-proof authorization and user concepts to ensure secure access to HR data.
  • Stakeholder Coordination: Independently coordinate requirements from stakeholders, including HR, key users, process owners, in-house IT, and external service providers.
  • System Support and Development: Provide support and initiate further developments and system adjustments to ensure optimal HR process efficiency.
  • Digitalisation Projects: Participate in digitalisation projects related to HR processes, driving innovation and improvement.
Requirements
  • Deep Understanding of Data Models: Possess a deep understanding of data models and database structures, with experience in data analysis and systems integration.
  • IT Skills and Programming Experience: Highly capable IT skills, with programming experience in SQL and data analysis.
  • HR Project Experience: Ideally, experience in an HR project environment or working with HRIS (e.g., Perbit, Avature, SAP, or Workday) or IT project experience and agile project management (Scrum working).
  • Language Skills: Fluency in both German and English is a pre-requisite.
  • Communication and Flexibility: Proactive and strong communication skills, with flexibility to travel to Germany on a regular basis.
