About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled HR Product Specialist to join our international HR department in London. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for integrating various HR-IT systems into a central internal database, developing and enhancing existing interfaces, and coordinating requirements from stakeholders.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement data models and database structures to support HR processes
  • Develop and maintain interfaces between HR systems and the central database
  • Coordinate requirements from stakeholders, including HR, IT, and external service providers
  • Support and initiate further developments and system adjustments
  • Participate in digitalisation projects related to HR processes

Requirements

  • Deep understanding of data models and database structures
  • Highly capable IT skills, programming experience, data analysis, and systems integration
  • Experience in an HR project environment or working with HRIS (e.g., Perbit, Avature, SAP, or Workday) or IT project experience and agile project management (Scrum working)
  • Fluent in both German and English
  • Proactive and strong communication skills
