Product Governance Specialist

About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Product Governance Manager to join our team at McLean HR. This is a business-critical role that offers high autonomy and room to influence key commercial decisions, acting as the key product interface between the core business lines and central infrastructure team.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all product governance processes, ensuring due diligence and regulatory obligations are met.
- Develop and implement product governance frameworks within an established multi-product financial services environment.
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders to drive commercial wins and new system development.
- Ensure compliance with UK financial services regulations and IRS requirements for US clients.
- Manage product/market data, audits, and reporting to senior management.
Requirements
We are looking for an individual with an extensive background in private banking, wealth management, or financial services. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of compliance, risk, and regulatory requirements, and experience working with US clients.
