About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Product Governance Specialist to join our team at Schroders. As a key member of our Product Governance team, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our products and services meet the highest standards of quality and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate the annual FCA Assessment of Value, including project managing the assessment process, maintaining an up-to-date runbook and action log, and preparing materials for presentation to the Product Governance Committee and relevant internal Boards.
  • Support the coordination of Product Governance Committee meetings and maintain awareness of competitor, regulatory, and market developments.
  • Draft and maintain the quality of policy and procedures documentation, and actively contribute to and lead on ad hoc work and strategic projects as they arise.
Requirements
  • Demonstrable delivery-focused organisational/prioritisation and project management skills, with excellent attention to detail and ability to perform data reconciliation and analysis.
  • A strong interest in and willingness to learn and implement new technologies, including AI, to improve Product Governance processes and client outcomes.
  • Flexibility to multitask across multiple fund ranges and asset classes, with good knowledge/experience of the asset management industry, including an understanding of investment products and structures.
