About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled HR Product Specialist to join our international HR department in London. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for integrating various HR-IT systems into a central internal database, developing and enhancing existing interfaces, and ensuring consistent data use and streamlined processes.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Integration of HR-IT systems into a central database
  • Development and enhancement of interfaces for HR data
  • Development of audit-proof authorization and user concepts
  • Coordination of stakeholder requirements
  • Support and initiation of further developments and system adjustments
  • Participation in digitalisation projects related to HR processes

Requirements

  • Deep understanding of data models and database structures
  • Highly capable IT skills, programming experience, data analysis, and systems integration
  • Experience in HR project environments or HRIS systems (e.g., Perbit, Avature, SAP, or Workday) or IT project experience and agile project management (Scrum working)
  • Initial programming experience (SQL) is an advantage
  • Fluent in both German and English
  • Proactive and strong communication skills
