Key Responsibilities
  • Integration of HR-IT Systems: Integrate various established HR-IT systems into a central internal database to ensure seamless data exchange and efficient HR processes.
  • Development of Interfaces: Develop and enhance existing interfaces to established systems for the use of HR data, ensuring accurate and timely data exchange.
  • Audit-Proof Authorization: Develop audit-proof authorization and user concepts to ensure secure access to HR data and systems.
  • Stakeholder Coordination: Independently coordinate requirements coming from stakeholders, including HR, key users, process owners, in-house IT, and external service providers.
  • Support and Development: Support and initiate further developments and system adjustments to ensure continuous improvement of our HR processes.
  • Digitalisation Projects: Participate in digitalisation projects related to HR processes, driving innovation and efficiency in our HR operations.
Requirements
  • Deep Understanding of Data Models: Possess a deep understanding of data models and database structures to ensure effective integration of HR-IT systems.
  • Highly Capable IT Skills: Demonstrate highly capable IT skills, including programming experience, data analysis, and systems integration.
  • HR Project Experience: Ideally, have experience in an HR project environment or working with HRIS (e.g., Perbit, Avature, SAP, or Workday) or IT project experience and agile project management (Scrum working).
  • Programming Experience: Initial programming experience (SQL) is an advantage.
  • Fluent in German and English: Fluency in both German and English is a pre-requisite for this role.
  • Proactive and Strong Communication Skills: Possess proactive and strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders and team members.
