Position Overview

We are seeking a HR Product Specialist to enhance our HR operations within our international team. This role focuses on the integration of various Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) to optimize our data management and reporting processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Integrate established HR-IT systems into a centralized internal database.
  • Enhance and develop existing interfaces for efficient HR data utilization.
  • Create audit-compliant authorization and user frameworks.
  • Coordinate independently with stakeholders including HR, key users, process owners, in-house IT, and external service providers.
  • Support and initiate system enhancements and adjustments.
  • Engage in digital transformation projects related to HR functions.
  • Collaborate significantly with HR teams and travel as necessary.

Candidate Profile

  • Strong understanding of data models and database architectures.
  • Proficient IT skills, with experience in programming, data analysis, and systems integration.
  • Experience in HR project environments or with HRIS is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with programming languages, particularly SQL, is beneficial.
  • Passion for streamlining data models and integrating Big Data.
  • High interest in digitalization and emerging tools.
  • Fluency in both German and English is essential.
  • Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach.
  • Willingness to travel regularly.
