Requirements

  • Deep understanding of data models and database structures
  • Highly capable IT skills, programming experience, data analysis, and systems integration
  • Experience in HR project environments or working with HRIS is desirable
  • Initial programming experience in SQL is an advantage
  • Fluent in both German and English is a pre-requisite
