Are you a seasoned HR professional looking to take your skills to the next level? We're seeking an HR Systems Specialist to join our team at Career Moves. As an HR Systems Specialist, you will be responsible for managing our HRIS Cascade system, ensuring seamless operations and data integrity.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Maintaining HR system functionality, including data entry, screens, and workflow processes
  • Updating employee data in Cascade, covering various aspects like benefits, holidays, work patterns, and organizational changes
  • Developing and implementing new features, such as creating, testing, and implementing new screens, fields, and functionalities
  • Generating HR reports, producing scheduled reports and fulfilling requests for new report creations
  • Providing user support, addressing HR system-related queries from employees and resolving issues
  • Managing company rules and data uploads, maintaining and updating company rules within the system, including holiday entitlements and other variables
  • Utilizing document templates for communication, employing document templates for mail merges using Cascade data
  • Coordinating with vendor helpdesk, serving as the primary contact for the vendor's helpdesk and securing first-line support
  • Collaborating with payroll team, working closely with the internal payroll team to ensure accurate data synchronization between HR and Payroll modules in Cascade
  • Managing user profiles, maintaining, allocating, and safeguarding user profiles, ensuring appropriate access levels are assigned to users

Requirements include:

  • Prior exposure to systems administration within a HR role
  • Previous experience of Cascade HRIS
