Our client is fast growing property agent with ambitious plans to expand their portfolio across key locations.

As a result of this growth, they have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Lettings/Property Manager, to oversee and develop the lettingsbusiness based in central Birmingham.

They are looking for a highly motived lettings /property manager who has experience within all areas of the lettings process.

Ideally you will be ARLA qualified.

  • Managing all aspects of the property management and leasehold services
  • Monitor and ensure property handover & sign off processes and procedures are followed
  • Oversee the daily operations in terms of property repairs and maintenance and related documentations on tenancy and renewal matters
  • Maintain and update the property portfolio database
  • Develop and maintain good working relationships including stakeholders, strategic partners, employees and external agencies
  • Advise property users of statutory property requirements and ensure compliance with relevant ordinance and regulations
  • Perform other ad hoc tasks as required

Requirements:

  • Experience in lettings/estate agents and property management
  • Good command of English. Proficiency in Mandarin and/or Cantonese will be an advantage
  • Experienced in Rentman and Reapit will be an advantage
  • Excellent customer service minded with good leadership and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Immediately available is highly preferred
