Are you enthusiastic, committed, and searching for a fresh opportunity within the property lettings sector? Our esteemed client, recognized in Worcestershire and the West Midlands, is currently in pursuit of a proactive individual to enhance our thriving Lettings team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Managing a portfolio of rental properties.
  • Scheduling and conducting property viewings.
  • Preliminary vetting of potential tenants.
  • Negotiating and finalizing rental agreements.
  • Maintaining regular communication and feedback with landlords and applicants.
  • Updating and managing the company's customer relationship management system.
  • Ensuring properties adhere to current regulations.

Our Ideal Candidate:

  • Punctual in both work attendance and appointments.
  • Articulate, personable, and capable of quickly establishing rapport.
  • Organized and adept at handling multiple aspects of the lettings process concurrently.
  • Able to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • Dedicated to delivering exceptional customer service consistently.
  • Skilled in recognizing and prioritizing critical tasks.
  • Flexible and adaptable to changing circumstances.
  • Possessing a full driving license and access to a vehicle.

Working Hours:

  • 8.30am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday and alternate Saturdays 8:30am to 4:00pm
