A highly successful and reputable Estate Agency, The Recruitment Experts, is seeking an experienced lettings professional to become a Lettings Manager. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end lettings process for residential properties, ensuring seamless transactions and excellent customer service.
- Conduct property viewings and negotiate tenancy agreements, utilizing strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Advertise available properties through various channels, including online platforms and local listings.
- Maintain accurate records of all lettings transactions, ensuring compliance with industry regulations.
- Handle tenant inquiries and resolve issues promptly, providing exceptional customer service.
- Coordinate property maintenance and repairs as needed, working closely with vendors and contractors.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in an estate agency or property management company.
- Excellent attention to detail and meeting deadlines.
- Strong administrative skills with excellent organisational abilities.
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with tenants, landlords, and the team.
- Previous experience in property management or lettings is essential.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Licence/Certification:
- Driving Licence (required).
- ARLA membership (preferred).
