Overview
Nomad Digital are currently recruiting for a Group CRM Administrator to join our Sales Management division.


The purpose of this role is to be the primary support across the sales team for forecast and pipeline reporting, territory mapping and assignment, and helping to drive efficiency and data integrity in the system.


Another part of this role is taking responsibility for managing the Group-wide CRM database and supporting the users throughout the company.

Using in-depth process experience to support the adoption of the tool by sales staff, as well as producing dashboards for management.

This individual must work collaboratively with sales managers.

The position is expected to raise sales efficiency and process compliance by means of consulting with the sales force and implementing best practice sales excellence, consistent with our go-to-market & sales strategy.


The Group CRM Administrator will work closely with multiple internal clients (Sales, Finance, Delivery and Marketing) to ensure accurate CRM input and CRM organisation globally.

In this role, you will be part of the team responsible for the success and effectiveness of our sales organization.


This is a group wide role and regular communications will be required with colleagues based in UK, EMEAI, USA and Australia along with other geographically based teams and colleagues.


The successful person can be home based anywhere in the UK for this role, as long as they are willing to travel to the Newcastle office on occassion.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Maintain the CRM database in order to ensure that it is permanently accurate and filled in properly by all stakeholders
  • Deliver reports and analysis on a regular bases (weekly, monthly, quarterly)
  • Use CRM and reports to actively animate and support:
  • Sales process
  • Budget preparation and update
  • Customer surveys
  • Product and R&D market analysis
  • Implement improvement strategies to automate report production and implement tool updates (functions, or specific information attribute to enrich the database)
  • Train users to increase their autonomy.

Qualifications & Experience Requirements:

  • A minimum of 23 years of directly related experience in enterprise software deployment (e.g. ERP, CRM, workflow automation).
  • Notable handson experience of Microsoft Dynamics CRM development, preferably holding Microsoft Dynamics CRM certifications or currently studying for certifications
  • Strong technical understanding of Dynamics Online and Dynamics 365, including detailed understanding of all CRM functional areas.
  • Handson experience developing custom Dynamics CRM extensions, including workflows and JavaScript Handson, functional knowledge of Click Dimensions would be an advantage
  • Proficient in using Excel and Tableau
  • Good understanding of sales processes in a longcycle, complex technical sales environment
  • Proficiency in database management and building reports.
  • Must have an interest in manipulating large amounts of data.
  • Strong working knowledge of associated technologies including Microsoft Dynamics CRM for Outlook Client, Office 365 and Powerpoint
  • Experienced in leading the delivery of CRM implementations, managing projects from presales to completion including internal client management
  • Proven ability to develop clear understandings of internal clients' needs and the capability to incorporate them into processes and solutions
