Position Overview:


As a Group Executive Assistant at Malhotra Group, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the efficient management of schedules, communication, and administrative tasks for our Directors.

This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, collaborating closely with senior leadership to drive success and innovation.


Responsibilities:

  • Manage the calendars and schedules for Directors, coordinating appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, screening and directing inquiries as needed.
  • Prepare meeting materials, agendas, presentations, and reports, ensuring accuracy and professionalism.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain strict confidentiality at all times.
  • Provide administrative support, including document preparation, expense management, and file organisation.
  • Collaborate with other administrative staff to streamline processes and improve efficiency across the organisation.


Please be advised that this position is exclusively based at the Head Office on a full-time basis; hybrid and remote working arrangements are not applicable to this role.


Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Personal or Executive Assistant, supporting senior leadership in a fastpaced environment.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines effectively.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally with individuals at all levels.
  • Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
  • Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in all tasks.
  • Proactive approach to problemsolving and the ability to anticipate the needs of senior leadership.
