The Role

  • Process and update employee data on the HR System timely and accurately
  • Management of LMS Training platform loading training materials and user data
  • Deal with incoming enquiries from employees and external stakeholders
  • Provide administrative support throughout the Recruitment, Induction and Onboarding process
  • Management of all transport arrangements ensuring effective and timely communication with all parties

This position would be suitable for someone who has a keen interest in administration or HR and is looking to expand their knowledge and experience.

Hours are 38 hours per week 8am-4.30pm (Mon-Thurs) 8am-2.30pm (Fri) flexible when required.
