**OPPORTUNITY**

An exciting opportunity has become available for a proactive and ambitious HR Coordinator to join our HR team.

**PURPOSE**

As a key member of the HR team, this generalist role is accountable for a broad range of responsibilities, including the timely and accurate circulation of employee information, supporting the HR team in all administrative tasks and delivering professional customer service to the business.

**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**

Management Information
- Accountable for ensuring all data input is accurate and up to date
- Providing weekly/monthly accurate reports
- Process all new employees, leavers, and internal transfers
- Monthly review on all document pathways to ensure Master Documentation is accurate
- Monthly data audit to assess accuracy and any findings actioned
- Responsible for ensuring all organisational charts are updated as and when position changes take place and are circulated

Transport
- Ensure all transport arrangements are accurate and up to date. Management of lists, issuing of cards, and effective and timely communication with all parties including transport provider, Company Drivers, and Management

Training
- To support the Recruiter in organising and facilitating all annual/ad-hoc training, including online and classroom-based sessions
- Update training records and issue applicable certificates

Employee Relations
- To support the HR Advisors with note-taking at investigations as and when required

Recruitment & Induction
- Work alongside the Recruiter in all stages of the recruitment process
- Prepare induction documentation, including Employment paperwork, and support as necessary

LMS Training Platform
- Shared responsibility for loading training materials and uploading user data as required

Agency
- Support all aspects of onboarding Agency employees ensuring all legal documentation is verified, approving working hours and corresponding invoices
- Maintain all Agency spreadsheets required to monitor and review agency performance

General
- Handle all incoming calls and follow up enquiries
- Issue employee Safety Footwear as and when required
- Ensure regular communication with Payroll
- Any other tasks and projects required

ESSENTIAL
- High levels of accuracy and attention to detail
- Positive, proactive approach
- Strong communication and organisation skills
- Solution focused and intuitive thinking
- Proficient user of Microsoft software packages
