Recruitment Administrator

As a key member of the HR team, this is an exciting opportunity and is available initially on a short-term basis. The duration is expected to be approximately 6 months, with the possibility of becoming permanent.
**Duties and Responsibilities**:
To support the Recruitment function with being the main gatekeeper of our Application Tracker System.
Work alongside the recruitment team in all stages of the recruitment process, providing administration support where needed.
To assist with interview and appoint successful applicants in accordance with the Company requirements, ensuring that the recruitment activity has sufficient lead time to meet requirements.
Scan all paperwork into employee’s e-file.
Ensure each employee has the correct right to work documentation.
Assist at employee Induction when required.
Assisting with recruitment and career events to promote the Company appropriately.
**Hours**
8am-4.30pm (Mon-Thurs) 8am-2.30pm (Fri)
