We are urgently seeking an experienced Sales Administrator with exceptional organisational and IT skills to join a thriving construction company. This is a full-time, permanent position (Monday-Friday with a salary of circa £30,000 per year. For someone with all necessary experience there is scope to start on a higher salary.

Based on the outskirts of Andover (own transport essential). Office based position only (we are not able to accommodate WFH or hybrid options)

The role of Sales Administrator will suit an adaptable and flexible individual who is used to undertaking a variety of different tasks. You will be highly IT literate and have the ability to navigate around various systems such as Microsoft Excel, CRM systems and have a basic understanding of either Sage or Xero accounting system.

The role of Administrator comprises of the following:

  • Arranging and scheduling maintenance & repairs to sites across the UK
  • Providing sales quotations
  • Assisting the purchasing team to procure parts
  • Raising purchase orders
  • Sales invoicing
  • Assisting with stock control
  • Reception duties/answering calls

We seek a pro-active and self-motivated Sales Administrator who will be able to hit the ground running. This hugely varied and interesting role will suit someone with a practical mind-set, an all-rounder who enjoys learning and working with various aspects of a small business. Essentially you will have a strong administrative background, preferably with experience of maintenance/repair scheduling and is quick to pick up new systems.
