- Administrator
- Pertemps are currently recruiting for an Office Administrator to join a manufacturing business based in Andover. This is a full time, permanent position.**Responsibilities**:
- Receive and process customer purchase orders
- Providing status updates to customers
- Updating tracking and invoice numbers on relevant customer portals
- Support customers with complaints or any returns
- Liaising with the warehouse team to ensure timely customer deliveries
- Assisting with any other office duties
- Providing excellent customer service
Requirments:
- Available immediately
- Previous administration experience
- Sales support experience is advantageous
- Microsoft proficient
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
The Office Administrator position:
- Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm
- £21,000 - £23,000 starting salary
- Staff discount
- 20 days holiday, rising 1 per completed year of service, plus bank holidays-
