Our client, Wren Laboratories Ltd is a successful, family-run British business based near Andover in Hampshire. It produces a range of friendly bacteria supplements under the brand name ‘Optibac Probiotics’. The company is committed to producing goods of only the highest quality, providing excellent customer service, and achieving a vibrant and inspiring workplace. The award-winning range is sold via multiple different sales channels including pharmacies, health food stores, grocery or online retailers and more.
They are now looking for an experienced and organised **NetSuite Administrator** to support the business with NetSuite itself and other related systems. This is a hands-on role where accuracy and efficiency are paramount.
**NetSuite Administrator**, the role:
- Providing 1st line NetSuite support - questions, issues, and errors
- Delivering training on NetSuite as required
- Looking after bi-annual NetSuite updates
- Managing technical and system support - integrations/bundles, updates, ACS support
- Maintaining configurations and customisations within the system - transaction/entity forms, advanced PDF layouts, workflows
- Reporting and data export/import
- Pricing uploads and management - including promotion codes
- Overseeing documentation of processes for changes to the system
- Managing Users access and licensing
- Supporting the Finance Director with NetSuite and related system renewals and module
**NetSuite Administrator**, the person:
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a NetSuite Administrator or in a similar role
- Strong knowledge in NetSuite OneWorld as an administrator - multi subsidiary and multicurrency
- Strong understanding of manufacturing and stock management
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively at all levels
- Demonstrate driven, hardworking, and self-motivated attitude
- Ability and willingness to learn and pick up new processes
- Confident user of Microsoft Office (with a focus on Excel) and data entry skills
- Continually demonstrate confidentiality, discretion, and dependability
- Manage own workload, prioritising tasks in order of importance and meet deadlines efficiently
Beneficial, but not required:
- Experience across testing and implementation of add on/bundles/external integrations
- Understanding of finance and manufacturing in a FMCG environment
- NetSuite Administrator Certification
