Purchase & Sales Ledger Administrator

**Temporary**:
- We are currently looking for a Purchase & Sales Ledger Administrator for our client, who has been established for over 25 years. You will be assisting in managing day-to-day financial operations for the business. This will initially be a temporary position, but may lead to permanent employment.
- They are based on the outskirts of Andover, and this is a part time role, Monday, Wednesday and Thursday and the hours are 08.30 - 17.00 with some flexibility. The hourly rate is £12.80.
- Key responsibilities- Matching and processing purchase invoices on Sage 50.
- Processing sales invoices, credit notes and customer receipts on Sage 50.
- Assisting with maintaining aged creditors and aged debtors on Sage 50.
- Assisting with administering and maintaining weekly clocking hours for payroll.
- Recording and maintaining staff holiday records.
- Posting and reconciling employee expenses on Sage.
- Reconciling supplier statements against the purchase ledger.
- Answering telephone calls, redirecting, taking messages, and dealing with queries.
