Hybrid working:

Your Role:

  • Comprehensive and proactive diary management to ensure productive time usage, this will include regular scheduling of meetings, accommodating multiple diaries across different time zones.
  • Itinerary planning to ensure seamless logistics of meetings and travel.
  • Monitoring and entering of expenses, timesheets and invoices using online systems. Liaison with clients and staff on behalf of the Vice Presidents.

Your skills and experience:

  • Excellent organisational skills.
  • Good communication skills. Comfortable at interacting with senior stakeholders and clients.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Powerpoint, Excel and Outlook.
  • Ability to support with technology enabled meetings e.g. video conferencing, teams, digital conference calls.
  • High attention to detail.

Your security clearance:

To be successfully appointed to this role you will need to undergo Baseline Personnel Security Standard checks.

There are no nationality or residency restrictions, although if you have resided outside of the UK within the last 3 years, further checks may be required.

There are other criteria and check required for BPSS, and throughout the recruitment process, you will be asked questions about your security clearance eligibility such as, but not limited to, country of residence and nationality.
