Venesky-Browns client, a public sector organisation in Clydebank, is currently looking to recruit an Administrator on an initial 2 month contract on rates of £13.20 PAYE.The working hours for this role is 37 hours per week.


Responsibilities:

  • Carry out a full administrative service for this team as guided by the line manager including but not limited to:
  • 3 days a week in office and 2 from home but they are happy to be flexible elephone enquiries.
  • File management.
  • Photocopying and scanning.
  • Retrieval/ tracking of medical notes.
  • Management of mail (post and electronic).
  • Administrative support to identified meetings including attendance to record and transcribe minutes and
management of associated papers.

  • As required, to assist in data collection and audit activities by collecting and entering data on to a

spreadsheet/ database, including but not limited to:

  • Datix.
  • SharePoint.
  • SPSP Data collection systems.
  • Manage and organise all arrangements for training courses/seminars.
  • Ensure stationary requirements of the team are maintained, including establishing and maintaining a system pertaining to requisitions and deliveries. Input and maintain the team profile.
  • To ensure both integrity and quality assurance all data entered is complete and robust.
  • To maintain excellent levels of communication at all times as well as external correspondents, assisting the
team in providing a professional, efficient and friendly service at all times.

  • To always work within the framework of agreed policies and procedures.
  • To undertake any other duties as requested by the line Manager in line with the level of responsibility required for the post.

Essential Skills:

  • ECDL in Microsoft Office professional packages; or able to demonstrate equivalent proficiency.
  • Experience of working as part of a team
  • Experience of recording and transcribing minutes
  • Good communication skills, including oral, written and interpersonal
  • Knowledge and skills in data processing
  • Standard keyboard skills
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills

Desirable Skills:

  • Educated to HNC level in Business Administration / Information Management / Information Technology; or able to demonstrate equivalent experience
  • Experience of working within similar environment.
  • Experience of Datix risk management software
