We are looking for a new team member to join our Accounts team at B-Able.

We have a friendly, welcoming team of Accounts professionals who require the support of an Accounts Administrator on a part time basis.

The role will involve the following tasks on a daily basis;
- Onboarding new clients, carrying out identity checks and organising client files and paperwork.
- Contacting clients on a regular basis to request paperwork and sending periodic reminders.
- Data Entry to various online systems
- Liaising with HMRC
- Preparation of income and expenditure logs for self assessment tax returns
- General Administrative Duties and Filing
- A pro-active attitude to work
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience in Microsoft packages, such as Word and Excel
- Team Player

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 16-25 per week

**Salary**: £10.50-£12.50 per hour
