Location: Southwark, London with work across NW London (Brent, Islington, Harrow)

Contract: Temporary (3 months), Full Time 35 hours per week

Our client, a leading Housing Association, is looking for an experienced Lettings Advisor to join their Empty Homes and Lettings Team. You'll play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service, promoting the brand, and managing the lettings process efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver outstanding lettings service to customers within agreed time frames
  • Maintain and enhance the Empty Homes and Lettings brand
  • Promote the Organization's expertise in social housing
  • Manage customer transitions effectively with the team
  • Communicate clearly and coordinate necessary services
  • Conduct customer interviews and provide tailored service
  • Support residents with tenancy requirements
  • Assist vulnerable residents in accessing housing options
  • Build relationships with stakeholders for efficient service delivery
  • Coordinate maintenance work and manage re-let targets
  • Refer customers to appropriate departments for advice
  • Consult with residents for process improvements
  • Utilize relevant systems to manage customer information

Requirements:

  • Experience in Lettings (Social Housing background preferred)
  • Driving and own car essential
  • Frontline customer service experience
