Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Mortgage Advisor to join our team. As a Mortgage Advisor, you will be provided with a high volume of quality, qualified client leads each week and will have the opportunity to provide the very best mortgage advice on residential, buy-to-let, bridging commercial, overseas purchases, and associated protection products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Minimum of 1 year mortgage broking experience is essential
  • Hold full CeMAP qualification
  • Experience of protection products would be an advantage
  • Proven track record of offering excellent service and advice
  • The ability to build and nurture strong client relationships
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organisation and time management skills
  • Self-motivated and driven to succeed
  • Positive, upbeat, and solution-focused
  • Reliable and acts with integrity
What We Offer

You'll join an entrepreneurial, inclusive culture where we succeed together and like-minded people work naturally together to achieve great things. You will receive a generous commission of net income received by Lifetime Capital with a realistic OTE within your first full year, building year on year. You will receive a guarantee of £2000 per month for the first six months to support you as you build up your pipeline.

OTE Year 1 - £60,000

OTE Year 2 - £70,000

OTE Year 3 - £100,000 +
