About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Mortgage Advisor to join our team as a Buy to Let Specialist. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing expert advice to clients across the UK on complex buy to let, HMO, semi-commercial, high net worth, and portfolio buy to let cases.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle complex buy to let mortgage cases, providing expert advice and guidance to clients
  • Work closely with our dedicated Case Manager to ensure seamless support and administration
  • Utilize our vast network of introducers to generate leads and grow your business
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and support
  • Meet and exceed sales targets, driving business growth and revenue
Requirements
  • 2+ years' experience in buy to let mortgage sales
  • Proven track record of achieving mortgage sales targets
  • Strong knowledge of the buy to let market and mortgage products
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
