About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned, qualified Mortgage Advisor to join our team at London & Country Mortgages. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in providing top-notch mortgage advice to our customers, helping them achieve their housing goals swiftly and at the best rate for them.

Key Responsibilities
  • Scope out the best mortgage options for customers, taking into account their unique stories and circumstances.
  • Document customer information and develop solutions that meet their needs and satisfy regulatory rules and standards.
  • Provide high-quality and compliant service to customers, ensuring their mortgage needs are met efficiently and effectively.
  • Build strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and delivering tailored advice to meet their goals.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Minimum 2 years regulated experience in the mortgage industry.
  • CeMap (or equivalent) qualification.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to scope out the best mortgage options for customers.
  • Knowledge of regulatory rules and standards, with the ability to ensure compliance in all aspects of the role.
