We are seeking experienced and enthusiastic individuals to join our mortgage and protection team as a CeMAP qualified or equivalent advisor to provide expert advice and recommendations to customers.
You will be responsible for conducting high-quality calls to customers and providing regulated advice, focusing on delivering exceptional outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Your performance and competence will be measured against a range of Key Performance Indicators within a regulatory framework to ensure our customers receive the best possible service.
This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious individual to join one of MAB's successful and market-leading mortgage brokers. You must have a minimum of 2 years' experience in advising on mortgage and protection products, consistently exceeding sales targets.
You must be hardworking, flexible, an excellent communicator, and willing to go the extra mile to provide a 5-star service to our clients.
Your Key Duties Will Include:
- Conduct appointments with clients in a friendly and engaging manner, communicating clearly and explaining all mortgage and protection products in a concise way.
- Provide a written recommendation confirming the best advice to suit the customer's needs following a comprehensive fact find.
- Assess existing policies and products.
- Identify protection opportunities to review cover in a compliant manner, ensuring the client is never knowingly disadvantaged.
- Replace or recommend amendments to existing cover, providing documented reports to fully explain changes to cover.
- Provide quotations for personal and family protection and explain recommendations at a level the client understands or requires.
What You Will Get in Return:
- Quality leads, approximately 15 per week.
- Admin support to progress your client's cases through to completion.
- Full training on systems used for mortgage and protection sourcing.
- A self-employed package, initial financial support (repayable), and uncapped earnings OTE £60K +.
