Mortgage Broker

We are seeking an experienced Mortgage Broker to join our team at CV-Library. As a Mortgage Broker, you will be responsible for identifying and handling specialist finance opportunities, including complex cases.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting in-depth fact-finds with clients to understand their mortgage needs and financial position.
- Evaluating clients' financial information to determine eligibility for mortgage products and providing expert advice on suitable mortgage products.
- Collaborating with third-party lenders and internal Case Managers to ensure timely and accurate processing of mortgage applications.
- Staying up-to-date with industry regulations and changes in mortgage products and services.
- Developing a strong understanding of the mortgage market and regulatory environment.
- Traveling throughout the country to attend property meetings and meetings with clients.
About Our Client
Our client is a specialist broker operating in the bridging and development sphere. Due to their high levels of growth and generation of BTL/1st charge residential leads, they are looking to bring on an experienced Mortgage Broker to help expand their offering and become an integral part of the team.
What We Offer
As a Mortgage Broker at CV-Library, you will benefit from leads generated for you, although you can also self-generate leads to assist in your development. You will have the opportunity to work with a variety of mortgage products and services, including BTL, term loans, and regulated mortgage contracts for 1st charge mortgages.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong understanding of the mortgage market and regulatory environment. You will also need to be able to travel throughout the country and attend property meetings.
