Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Mortgage & Protection Adviser to join our dynamic team. As a Mortgage & Protection Adviser, you will play a crucial role in providing top-notch service to our clients and developers, ensuring their mortgage needs are met with professionalism and expertise.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead generation and conversion of leads to achieve sales targets
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with developers and clients
  • Attend regular sales meetings and monthly site visits to ensure excellent customer service
  • Provide professional and quality advice from the whole of market
  • Maintain accurate records and reports to track progress and performance

Requirements

  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Proficiency in using technology and software to manage client relationships and sales performance
