Key Responsibilities:

The primary role of a Lead Lettings Advisor involves developing a pipeline of successful lettings by understanding the needs of property owners and effectively matching tenants to suitable properties while negotiating terms.

Your main duties will include:

  • Establishing and nurturing relationships with clients to foster trust and rapport
  • Conducting property viewings and market evaluations for residential listings
  • Providing exceptional customer service throughout the entire process and cultivating long-term successful relationships

  • Demonstrated experience in a Lettings Advisor role with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Strong knowledge of the residential lettings market, including relevant legislation
  • Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team, possessing excellent relationship-building skills
  • Effective listening skills and the ability to maintain regular communication with clients and colleagues
  • Resilient and determined with a strong drive for success
  • Professional and trustworthy demeanor
  • Proficient IT skills, capable of using Microsoft and specialized software accurately
