About the Role

Felicity J Lord is seeking a highly skilled Lettings Branch Manager to lead our Islington team. As a Lettings Branch Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining a strong market presence while delivering exceptional customer service to our landlords and tenants.

About You

  • You will have a minimum of 2 years' experience within residential lettings at a Senior Negotiator position or higher.
  • You will have a full UK driving licence for a manual vehicle.
  • You will have strong IT skills, including basic Microsoft packages.
  • You will have a reputation for delivering outstanding customer service.
  • You will have the ability to create and action business plans relevant to your branch.
  • You will have the ability to monitor and assess performance of local competitors.
  • You will have a strong understanding of current legislation related to Residential Lettings.
  • You will have the ability to manage time-sensitive and high-volume workloads.
  • You will have good telephone manner.

About the Job

  • You will lead daily meetings with the Lettings team.
  • You will coach the team to achieve KPIs.
  • You will monitor and assess individual team member performance, including conducting one-to-one meetings.
  • You will encourage team development and progression.
  • You will have a strong focus on generating new and repeat business.
  • You will develop and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants.
  • You will liaise with tenants and arrange property viewings in line with their needs.
  • You will negotiate offers and agree new tenancies.
  • You will ensure the business is risk-averse and follows the highest compliance standards for all regulatory bodies.

Benefits

  • Complete on-target earnings of £60,000+.
  • £22,000 to £32,000 basic salary (dependent on experience).
  • £2,500 for your first 3 months of employment, while you build your pipeline.
